Description

REKO-SIK-NxT-SW are self-recuperative gas burners for direct heating. These burners use hot products of combustion to preheat the combustion air. Depending on size and the conditions of use, the REKO-SIK-NxT-SW guarantees a substantial reduction in fuel consumption compared to traditional burners. The geometry of the combustor ensures a radial distribution of heat.

REKO-SIK-NxT-SW burners use the hot products of combustion to preheat the combustion air, saving fuel and reducing atmospheric pollution.

The burner’s performance is enhanced through the materials used in its construction. The burner body is insulated internally, assuring a high resistance to heat and oxidation. The heat exchanger is made of silicon carbide, and its special geometry allows for the optimization of heat transfer from the products of combustion to the combustion air. Using silicon carbide allows the burner to be used with furnace chamber temperatures up to 2,370°F in direct heating applications.
