Description

Burner control unit QBK [cubic] is suitable for the control of pilot burners up to 350 kW and main burners of unlimited capacity, pursuant to EN 746-2, for intermittent or continuous operation.

QBK supports flame control via UV scanner or ionization rod (spark-and-sense/single electrode operation is also supported) and high-temperature option for flame surveillance bypass.

The “full” version includes a specific output for air valve or fan, following cycle or independently controllable.

The same device can be used to control different types of gas and oil burners, meeting all relevant requirements.

An LED-bar flame signal indicator and an advanced self-diagnostic system provides the display of cycle status, lockouts and failures.

Remote control and supervision of the burner can be implemented via traditional electrical wiring, or through the built-in communication line.

Please note: QBK does not carry approvals commonly accepted for compliance with NFPA86 (FM, UL, CSA). We strongly advise you to review the product literature and reference the relevant national, regional, and local standards when making product selections.
