If you’re in the market for gas filters, an excellent option is the Elektrogas FG. Elektrogas FG series filters are used in gas and air lines. FGs have a high capacity for blocking debris, helping protect downstream components.
FG series filter housings are made of an aluminum alloy die-cast, and have a wide range of available inlet/outlet connections. The inner filtering cartridge is a steel support frame that features a double layer of high performance, self-extinguishing, nonwoven polyolene fibers.
Max. operating pressure for the FG series filter is 90 PSI, making it a suitable option for higher pressure natural gas fuel trains.

Replacement, Spare Parts, and Accessories
Over time, the filter cartridge becomes progressively clogged with debris— the pressure drop increases and gas capacity decreases. The media should then be replaced; the standard filter uses a 30μm media element. A 5μm media element is available as an option.
Pressure test ports are standard, with a test point available as an accessory. (TPN0125) The TPN0125 allows you to check the differential pressure using a manometer.
